Lead Talent Acquisition specialist to Lead Europe market and a team of recruiters based out in India

EMPLOYER: A 30-year-old multinational IT company that provides product engineering solutions and IT services to several Fortune 100 companies, universities, and government agencies. Our client has offices in India, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Bahrain, Philippines, Germany, and United Kingdom.

Who can apply? : Only experienced candidates living in Germany / Europe

  • Good understanding of the EU landscape and talent markets
  • Drive EU sourcing strategy and capacity to proactively build diverse candidate pools whilst leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of bar raising professionals
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers) to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels (both in EU and internationally) where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
  • Owns end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from board approval of headcount & initiate hiring process till onboarding.
  • Works closely with Sales and functional teams and HR COE team members to ensure WOW employee experience through all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute TA Dashboards and analytics and ensure plans to drive productivity improvements that enable the recruitment team to deliver to hiring goals without having to scale deployed resources at a rate faster than the business is growing.
  • Build, engage and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Lead and participate in projects across EU and globally on topics related to talent acquisition and other HR Business partnering topics such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Talent Management  
  • Copartners in the formulation of a strong Employer Brand.
  •  6-8+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and should be strong in IT.
  • Ability to scale sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn and help build the trajectory of a robust sourcing strategy.
  • Experienced in hiring at scale, geographical expansions, and driving Talent Acquisition Strategy in the technology space.
  • Organized and Pragmatic and thrives in a result-driven fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner relationships through a deep understanding of ROI.
  • Exceptionally good interpersonal skills with a strong record of accomplishment of success
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Business Proficiency in written and spoken English, any other EU language German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
