Profile:
- Graduate from any branch
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in higher education advisory, career coaching and counelling
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with the German language preferred
- Exposure to education field, career coaching is preferred
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is must
Job Description:
- Customer Delivery -Handling customer delivery through maintaining up to date customer records and regular follow-ups
- Customer communication – handling day-to-day communication with customers such as sending follow-up emails, setting up delivery sessions, responding to customer queries.
- Process Improvement – Streamlining trackers, housekeeping of old data
- Customer relationship management – Acting as a single point of contact for the customer, sending a communication on important occasions such as birthdays, new year, and festivals
- Pre-Sales Support – Calling prospective customers, setting up introduction calls, conducting briefing calls
- Knowledge Management – Documentation of delivery process, build a knowledge base for university and courses
